All payments are securely processed via PayFast. PinPoint does not store or process your banking or card details. Only a payment reference and confirmation status are retained.

4. Skill-Based Competitions

Competition entries include positional data (X/Y coordinates) submitted by users. This data is used solely to determine competition outcomes and ensure fair play.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Your data may only be shared with:

  • Payment providers (e.g. PayFast) for transaction processing
  • Email service providers for communication
  • Legal authorities where required by law
