How PinPoint Works

Each competition displays an image where a ball has been digitally removed. Participants must use their skill and judgment to place their marker as close as possible to the true ball position.

No Gambling or Chance

  • No random draws
  • No luck-based outcomes
  • No betting mechanics

Winner Calculation

The system calculates the distance between each entry and the correct ball position. The entry with the shortest distance wins.

We’ll contact you via the email address on your account. If we can’t reach you after reasonable attempts (for example, after 7 days), the prize may be forfeited or offered to the next eligible player as set out in our Terms of Play.

Transparency

After each competition:

  • The winning distance is published
  • The winner is announced publicly (email masked)
  • The calculation time is recorded

Prizes & Cash Alternatives

Some competitions may offer a cash alternative instead of the physical prize.

If you choose the cash alternative, we can only pay it into a South African bank account in your name. We may ask you for an account confirmation letter from your bank before we process the payment.

Prizes & Delivery

All prizes offered on PinPoint are original and sourced from legitimate, trusted suppliers within South Africa. Prize details, specifications, and cash alternatives are clearly displayed before you enter a competition.

  • Delivery: Physical prizes are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after winner confirmation.
  • Returns & Warranties: Physical prizes are covered by the standard supplier or manufacturer warranty.
  • Eligibility: Participation is restricted to residents of South Africa.

Full prize terms, delivery conditions, and international participation rules are detailed in the Terms of Play.

Why This Matters

PinPoint complies with South African regulations for skill-based competitions and is designed to be transparent, fair, and auditable. Our approach ensures clarity, trust, and confidence for every participant.
